Salads for Health Nut Challenge


Carrot Salad

1. Soak Moong dal for 45 mins. Grate carrots
2. Mix the above ina bowl and add coconut(2spoons)
3. Heat oil, add mustard, 1 green chilly and mix it with the carrot-dal mixture.
4.Add salt.
Cucumber Salad:

The procedure is same as the first one, except that carrots are replaced by cucumber chopped into small pieces.
