Mango smoothie
Blend together chopped pieces of a mango with one cup yogurt and sugar.
Rice with curry
Chop wintermelon into small cubes. Grind together 3-4 green chillies, cumin, coconut, coriander leaves, ginger into a fine paste. Heat oil, add curry leaves, mustard and wintermelon pieces. Fry for 5 mins and add the ground mixture. fry for few more mins. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add curds and mix it.

Salads for Health Nut Challenge
Carrot Salad
1. Soak Moong dal for 45 mins. Grate carrots
2. Mix the above ina bowl and add coconut(2spoons)
3. Heat oil, add mustard, 1 green chilly and mix it with the carrot-dal mixture.
4.Add salt.
Cucumber Salad:
The procedure is same as the first one, except that carrots are replaced by cucumber chopped into small pieces.

FIC-Zodiac signs: White Rava Idli and Peanut chutney
Recipe:
1. Heal oil, add a spoon of mustard seeds. Then add one and half cups of fine rava and fry for 3-5 minutes. Take it off the heat and cool it.
2. Add half a spoon of baking soda, half a cup of water and 2 cups of curds to the above.
3. After 30 mins, steam it in a pressure cooker for 10-12 mins.
Recipe:
1. Microwave peanuts for 3 mins.
2. Heat oil, add garlic and onions. Fry for 5 mins. Cool it.
3. Grind everything with salt and water.
