Recipe:
- Cook 2 cups of rice.
- Heat oil, add mustard, cumin, groundnuts, channa dal and fry till it becomes slight brown in colour.
- Add 3 green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a minute. Add half a spoon of turmeric powder.
- Take it off the heat and add about half a cup of coconut. Add salt and mix it.
- When it cools, add lime juice as required and mix the cooked rice.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
