Lemon Rice for WYF: Breakfast event




Recipe:

  1. Cook 2 cups of rice.
  2. Heat oil, add mustard, cumin, groundnuts, channa dal and fry till it becomes slight brown in colour.
  3. Add 3 green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a minute. Add half a spoon of turmeric powder.
  4. Take it off the heat and add about half a cup of coconut. Add salt and mix it.
  5. When it cools, add lime juice as required and mix the cooked rice.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
